摘要 目的对某化工企业无水氢氟酸建设项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,从而达到从源头控制或消除职业病危害因素的目的。方法按照职业卫生规范要求对某化工企业无水氢氟酸建设项目进行调查和检测,评价职业病危害控制效果。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素为粉尘、毒物、噪声和高温。粉尘浓度测试点合格率为60.0%;生产性毒物测试点合格率为82.6%;噪声强度总合格率为75.0%;所测高温作业点的高温强度都符合国家职业接触限值要求。结论通过对该建设项目职业病危害采取适应防治措施可以达到预防和控制的效果。 Objective To evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards of an anhydrous hydrofluoric acid construction project of an enterprise to achieve the goal of control or elimination of occupational hazards factors from the source. Methods Conducting investigation and detection to the construction project of the enterprise in accordance with the specifications and requirements of occupational health to conduct the assessment on the effects of occupational hazards management. Results The existing occupational hazards factors of the project were dust, poison, noise and high temperature. The qualified rate of dust concentration in test point was 60.0%. The qualified rate of productive poison in test point was 82.6%. The total qualified rate of noise was 75.0%. The high temperature strengths in all test points of high-temperature operation were in accordance with the requirements of national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Taking adapting and preventive measures on occupational hazards from the construction project can realize the goal of prevention and controlling.
