摘要
目的了解某电子材料厂存在的职业危害因素及其存在环节,提出针对性的控制措施。方法调查电子材料厂的工艺流程、职业危害因素分布、职业病危害因素浓(强)度以及控制措施,并进行综合分析。结果该厂总体布局、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个体使用的防护用品等基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准)GBZ1-2002的要求。各岗位(检测点)毒物、照度和高温强度均符合国家职业卫生标准。噪声强度合格率为92.9%。粉尘浓度超标20%。结论该厂采取的职业病防护措施基本有效。建议对超标的粉尘和噪声点进行必要的整改,采取更加严格的管理措施,切实保护劳动者健康权益。
[Objective] To understand the occupational hazards and their existing links in an electronic materials plant,and put forward targeted prevention and control measures.[Methods]The process flow,distribution of occupational hazards,Occupational hazards concentration （intensity） and control measures were investigated and comprehensively analyzed.[Results]The overall layout,process flow,equipment layout,occupational disease protection facilities,and individual preventive articles of this enterprise basically accorded with the requirements of ＂Standard Design of Industrial Enterprises＂ GBZ 1-2002.Toxicant,illumination and high temperature strength of each post （monitoring point ） accorded with national occupational health standards.The qualified rate of noise intensity was 92.9%.The over-standard rate of dust concentration was 20%.[Conclusion]Occupational disease prevention measures taken by this enterprise are fundamentally valid.It is suggested to carry out the necessary rectification on over-standard dust and noise,and to adopt more strictly management to effectively protect the health benefits of workers.
