摘要
目的识别、分析和评价某油田地面开发项目可能存在的职业病危害因素,为企业提出控制职业病危害的防护对策。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》等标准,采用现场检测、检查表等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果经职业病危害因素检测,工作场所中硫化氢、非甲烷总烃、甲醇、一氧化碳和噪声浓(强)度均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该项目在应急救援、建筑卫生学、辅助用室和职业卫生管理措施方面基本符合卫生要求,在职业病防护设施、个人防护用品方面还不够完善。
Objective To identify, analyze and assess the possible occupational hazards and their severity in ground development project of an oilfield. Methods Occupational investigation was done. The technical procedures were analyzed and occupational hazards were identified and the concentration or intensity of these hazards were measured. Results The concentrations of hydrogen sulfide,non-methane hydrocarbon,methyl alcohol and carbon monoxide, and noise levels at worksites were all compliant with the OELs. Conclusion The architectural hygiene, auxiliary facilities, the emergency response and occupational health management were well designed or prepared to meet the governmental requirements. However, the occupational protective facilities and personal protective equipment should be improved to ensure correct use and maintenance.
