摘要
针对现有混凝土单轨交通轨道梁自重大易开裂的缺点提出了一种新型的预应力钢混组合轨道梁,利用内部钢箱和两侧、顶面外包混凝土协同工作,并在钢箱内配置体外预应力筋达到改善轨道梁受力和使用性能的目的。本文给出了这种新型轨道梁的详细设计过程,手算内容主要是正常使用极限状态的验算和承载力极限状态的验算,包括抗弯抗剪承载力、稳定性以及挠度验算,再利用ANSYS建模计算,并与手算结果对比,保证结果的可靠性。最后,按照有限元计算结果调整预应力筋方案,使两侧外包混凝土的应力满足规范要求,最终得到这种新型的预应力钢混组合轨道梁的截面布置和预应力筋的合理配置。
The existing concrete monorail transit track girders are always heavy and brittle,this paper presented a novel prestressed composite track girder of steel and concrete to settle the imperfections. The guideway utilized an internal steel box and the concrete enwrapped the top and side surfaces to work together,and reinforced by steel strand inside the steel box to improve the performance of the track girder. This thesis gave the detailed design of the novel track beam,consisted of the calculation of ultimate states and normal states,including the checking of bending,shearing,deflection and stability capacity. Also,it gave the finite element analysis of the novel beam and compared with hand-calculated results to keep the dependability. From the data,the prestressed reinforcement could be adjusted to meet the stress limit of the periphery concrete,so that we would gain the suitable section with optimum arrangement of the prestressed reinforcement.
