轻型跨座式单轨交通轨道梁桥设计及施工技术

摘要 跨座式单轨交通因其具有景观效果好、适应地形能力强、建设周期短、投资低等优点,在我国重庆得以成功运用并运营良好,其开通运营的两条线均为重型跨座式单轨.安阳跨座式单轨为轻型跨座式轨道交通,能够很好地适应并解决国内城市中等运量轨道交通项目的建设需求.介绍安阳轻型跨座式单轨交通轨道梁桥设计的技术标准及特点,对上部轨道梁结构和区间下部桥墩基础的设计、检修疏散通道的设置等进行阐述;结合轨道梁特性、市政道路及地下综合管网等要求确定区间轨道梁桥的桥跨布置原则,介绍了区间轨道梁桥的施工工艺、运输及架设等内容.为轻型跨座式单轨交通轨道梁桥的设计提供指导性建议. Straddle monorail has the advantages of good landscape effect,strong topography adaptability,short construction time,low cost.It has been successfully used and operated well in Chongqing,China.The two operation lines are heavy straddle monorail transit.Anyang straddle monorail transit is light straddle monorail transit which could adapt and solve the construction needs of domestic urban medium-traffic rail transit projects.The technical standards and characteristics on design of monorail transit track beam bridge with light straddle.The design of the upper track beam structure and the pier foundation at the lower part of the section were described as well as the setting of the maintenance and evacuation passage.Combining with the characteristics of track girder,municipal road and underground comprehensive pipeline network,the principle of bridge span layout of interval track girder bridge was determined.The construction technology,transportation and erection of section track girder bridge were introduced.It could provide guidance suggestions for the design of monorail transit track beam bridge with light straddle.
