摘要
壳聚糖因其具有良好的理化性质和生物学活性,如生物相容性、可降解性、抑菌性、止血性及促进伤口愈合性等,在医用伤口敷料领域具有广泛的应用,本文针对壳聚糖的理化性质、理想敷料的具体需求,系统分析了不同壳聚糖敷料,如纤维、膜、凝胶、海绵的具体应用形态,回顾了近几年壳聚糖作为医用敷料的发展方向的同时,对未来的研究重点进行了展望。
Chitosan has been considered as a favorable material in wound dressing application due to its biocom- patibility, biodegradability, antibacterial properties, hemostatic activity, wound healing properties, etc. According to the physical and chemical properties of chitosan, requirement of ideal wound dressing materials, various forms of wound dressing materials based on chitosan are studied, such as fibers, membranes, hydrogels, and sponges. The development direction of wound dressing materials based on chitosan in recent researches was summarized in this review.
