低取代6-0-羧甲基壳聚糖结构及其抗菌和促进皮肤创面愈合的研究 被引量:22

摘要 采用波谱等现代仪器分析方法表征6-0-羧甲基壳聚糖结构和基本性能,并以6-0-羧甲基壳聚糖水溶胶膜为基本模型,研究其抗菌性能和临床促进皮肤创面愈合等效果。结果表明:改性壳聚糖为低取代(取代度为9.5%)、高脱乙酰度(脱乙酰度为83.2%)的碳6位取代羧甲基壳聚糖,其热分解起始温度低于180℃。溶胶膜对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及铜绿假单胞菌作用60min时的杀灭率分别为>99.99%、98.54%、>99.99%。溶胶膜使用时一般无需换药,对浅Ⅱ°烧烫伤、深Ⅱ°烧烫伤、手术切口、取皮区、溃疡等多种创面均具有明显的促愈合、止血、抑菌、控制渗出、减少疤痕形成的作用,且未发现全身及局部致敏反应,亦未见创面组织过度增生现象。 The 6-O-earboxymethyl chitosan (6-O-CMCH) was characterized with spectrum analysis. The watercontaining membrane was prepared from 6-O-CMCH, and the effects of this membrane on bacterial resistance and healing promotion were investigated. The results indicated that 6-O-CMCH was chitosan derivative with low degree of substitution (9.5%) and high degree of deacetylation (83.2%). The starting temperature of thermal degradation of 6-O-CMCH was lower than 180℃. More than 99.99% of Escherichia coli ,98.54% of Staphylococcus aureus, and 99.99% of Pseudomonas aeruginosa could be killed on the membrane within 60 minutes. The membrane also exhibited healing promotion and hemostasis properties.
