摘要
精密导电滑环是航空航天领域中常采用的重要部件,对它的制造加工精度的研究具有重要意义。针对传统加工方法无法保证精密导电滑环环槽的加工精度的问题进行了研究,根据影像测量及图像分析原理,提出了一种用于导电滑环环槽在机视觉测量的设备。通过CCD相机采集导电滑环的图像,将测头集成到机床上实现其移动控制,最后根据测量结果生成G代码,实现后续加工的自动化。试验结果表明该设备能够完全代替传统人工加工方式,提高加工的效率和精度。另外该问题解决方法也适用于类似的机床加工问题中,为机床加工的进一步智能化提供了思路。
Precise slip ring is one kind of important components widely used in aerospace field. Therefore the researches about its manufacturing precision have far-reaching effects. Focusing on the problem met when manufacturing ring groove on slip ring,a design of a device based on the machine technology was put forward. The device used CCD camera to capture image of slip ring and integrated the measuring head into machine tool. The device created G code to realize the automation of the process. The results showed that the solution could substitute the traditional method and enhanced productivity and precision of slip ring manufacturing. Besides,the idea for solving this problem is adaptable to similar cases involving the machine tools and beneficial for the realization of the intelligentialization.
