摘要
以耳机孔壁弹性触点为研究对象,介绍并开发一种基于机器视觉的自动检测系统的原理及方法;利用CCD相机采集图像,经图像预处理、相关性搜索、特征边缘提取等算法处理完成弹性触点高度的测量,实现对耳机孔壁弹性触点高度的自动检测。测试结果表明:通过本套机器视觉系统实现对孔内壁弹性触点高度的精确快速检测,检测精度在±0.006mm以内,这种新的检测方法对耳机孔壁弹性触点高度的检测精度和检测效率都有明显提高。
The elastic contact points of headphone jack are the research objects. This paper introduces an au-tomatic detection system which is based on machine vision principle and method. This system takes images by CCD camera and completes the height measurement of elastic contact points by using image preprocess-ing, correlation searching, edge feature detection, etc. and realize the automatic detection for the elastic contact points of headphone jack. Test results show that this machine vision system can realize the exact and fast detection for the elastic contact points. The precision is ± 0. 006mm. This new detection method can obviously improve the detection precision and efficiency for the elastic contact points of headphone jack.
