摘要
提出了基于无线网络的远程移动控制数控机床系统,其中关键技术是如何通过高速、便捷和稳定的无线网络传送数控机床远程控制命令,并及时地返回数控机床加工状态信息,从而实现数控系统的远程控制功能,为操控数控机床提出了一条新的途径。探讨了系统的工作原理,给出硬件设计和软件设计。
It is introduced the remote mobile control system for numerical control machine tool based on the wireless network.The key technique is how to use high speed,the convenient and stable wireless network transmits numerical control machine tool long range control orders,and in time return an information of process state from numerical control machine tool,carry out the long range control function of numerical controlling system,for the long range operation of numerical control machine tool provided a new path.Discussed the work principle of system,showed hardware and software designs.
