摘要
目的探讨大学新生心理健康水平的变化趋势。方法方便抽取某医学院校2009-2015级大学新生21503人,采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对7个年级新生心理健康水平进行分析。结果 （1）2009-2015级新生的心理问题检出率分别为27.37%、14.49%、20.79%、18.97%、18.80%、17.70%、15.57%。（2）7个年级大学新生的SCL-90各因子和总均分差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.001,Cohen＇s d=0.066～0.438）,其中总均分及各因子得分2009级最高,2010级与2015级最低,2011级到2015级逐年下降。（3）除2014级新生外该校医学专业SCL-90总均分及各因子得分均低于非医学专业新生,其中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性和其他等7个因子差异有统计学意义。结论某医学院校2009-2015级新生心理健康水平随着时间变化而变化,心理健康水平逐年得到提高;相对于医学专业新生而言,医学院校非医学专业新生的心理症状更加严重。
Objective To explore the variation trend of the psychological health level of the freshmen in university.Methods A total of 21496 freshmen in an university were selected by convenience sampling method from 2009 to 2015. They were assessed with the Self- Reporting Inventory（ SCL- 90）. Results Psychological problem detection rate of freshmen were 27. 37%,14. 49%,20. 79%,14. 49%,18. 80%,17. 70% and 15. 57% from 2009 to 2015. The differences of each factors and the total scores of SCL- 90 among the seven were statistically significant during the year from 2009 to 2015（ all P〈0.001,Cohen＇s d = 0.066 ～ 0.438）. The total and single factor score of grade 2009 was the highest,and it was the lowest in grade 2010 and grade 2015. The total and single factor score decreased year by year from 2011 to 2015. The total and single factor score of medical students were lower than those of university students who didn ＇t majored in medicine,except for the freshmen admitted in the year 2014. And with significant difference in symptoms of somatization,obsession,depression,anxiety,terror,psychotic and other seven factors. Conclusions Mental health of the freshmen in one university has changed overtime,but the mental health level was improved year by year. Relative to the medical profession,non-medical specialty freshmen have more serious psychological symptoms.
