摘要
本研究探讨情绪调节使用频率在心理弹性与青少年情绪体验之间的中介作用。研究采用心理弹性量表、情绪调节策略量表和正负性情绪量表对1100名年龄在12-21岁之间的青少年进行测量。研究发现认知重评策略在青少年目标专注、情绪控制、积极认知和人际协助与正性情绪体验之间具有部分中介效应;认知重评策略在青少年家庭支持和人际协助与负性情绪体验之间具有部分中介效应;表达抑制策略在青少年情绪控制、积极认知和家庭支持与负性情绪体验之间具有部分中介效应。
This study aims at exploring the mediating effect of emotion regulation strategy using frequency between mental elasticity to emotion experience for teenagers.1100 teenagers(ages12-21 years old)were administrated with mental elasticity scale,emotional regulation scale and the positive and negative emotion scale. a part of mediating effect existed between the positive emotional experience and cognitive reappraisal strategy in target focus,emotional control,positive cognition,interpersonal assist for teenagers;The study found that a part of mediating effect also existed between the negative emotional experience and cognitive reappraisal strategy in family support and personal assist for teenagers;there was a part of mediating effect appeared between the neagtive emotional experience and expressive suppression strategy in emotional control,positive cognition and family support for teenagers.
