低剂量聚乙二醇联合硫酸镁在老年患者肠道准备中的应用价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的比较标准剂量聚乙二醇与低剂量聚乙二醇联合硫酸镁在老年患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2016年6月在我院内镜中心行结肠镜检查的老年患者137例为观察组,选择同期在我院内镜中心行结肠镜检查的老年患者133例为对照组。对照组予口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,观察组给予口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合硫酸镁溶液。比较两组患者的肠道准备效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组肠道清洁效果(BBPS)评分较高,肠腔内气泡评分较低,结肠镜检查时间较短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组排便次数、完全口服率、总体不良反应评分及不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与标准剂量聚乙二醇比较,低剂量聚乙二醇联合硫酸镁应用于老年患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中效果更佳,有利于提高肠道准备质量,缩短结肠镜检查时间。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of the standard dose of polyethylene glycol and low dose polyethylene glycol combined with magnesium sulfate in the elderly patients with colonoscopy bowel preparation. Methods One hundred and thirty-seven cases of elderly patients with colonoscopy in our hospital endoscopic center from January 2014 to June 2016 were collected as the observation group, and 133 cases of elderly patients during the same period in our hospital were collected as the control group. The control group was treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder, and the observation group was treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and magnesium sulfate solution. The defecation frequency, intestinal cleaning effect, intestinal cavity bubble, colonoscopy time, overall adverse reaction score and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the BBPS scores of observation group were higher, intestinal cavity bubble score was lower, colonoscopy time was shorter, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no statistical significance in defecation frequency, rate of complete oral,overall adverse reaction score and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Compare with the standard dose of polyethylene glycol, low dose of polyethylene glycol combined with magnesium sulfate used in elderly patients with colonoscopy bowel preparation is more effective, and can improve the quality of bowel preparation and intestinal cavity bubbles, shorten the colonoscopy time.
