摘要
目的分析硫酸镁与复方聚乙二醇电解质散在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月～2018年2月在我院接受结肠镜检查的500例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各250例。观察组患者口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,对照组患者口服硫酸镁,比较两组的不良反应(腹胀、恶心呕吐以及腹泻)、肠道准备清洁合格率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者的不良反应总发生率(1.20%)低于对照组(12.00%)(P<0.05);观察组的肠道准备清洁合格率(96.00%)高于对照组(60.00%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的总满意度(98.40%)高于对照组(64.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在结肠镜检查肠道准备中,应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散的效果好于硫酸镁。
Objective To analyze the application effect of magnesium sulfate and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte in colonoscopy for intestinal preparation.Methods A total of 500 patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 250 cases in each group.The group was treated with oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte,and the control group was treated with oral magnesium sulfate.The adverse reactions(abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting and diarrhea),the gut preparation cleanliness rate,and patients′satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(1.20%)was lower than that in the control group(12.00%)(P<0.05).The gut preparation cleanliness rate in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(60.00%)(P<0.05).The patients′total satisfaction rate in the observation group(98.40%)was higher than in the control group(64.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the colon preparation of colonoscopy,the effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion is better than that of magnesium sulfate.
