摘要
为了提高项目全生命周期管理内的造价预测精准性,进行造价模型设计,提出基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的项目全生命期内的造价模型,构建项目全生命期工程造价的约束参量模型,采用自适应均衡博弈进行造价的BIM控制目标函数构建,实现工程项目在质量-效率-成本指标参量上的均衡博弈,根据主成分分析方法求得造价BIM控制目标函数的最优解。实验分析结果表明,采用该模型进行工程造价的预测精度较高,在相同的质量效益下能使得造价最低,节约了工程开销。
In order to improve the prediction accuracy of the construction cost in the project life cycle management, the construction cost model was designed. A construction cost model based on building information mode] (BIM) in project life cy- cle is put forward. The constraint parameter model of the construction cost in the project life cycle was constructed. The adaptive equilibrium game is used to construct the cost control objective function of the BIM to balance the engineering project in the as- pects of quality, efficiency and cost. The optimal solution of the cost control objective function of the BIM was obtained accor- ding to the principal component analysis method. The experimental results show that the model has high prediction accuracy for the project cost, lowest construction cost under the condition of the same quality benefit, and has saved the project cost.
