摘要
通过应用BIM技术,能够实现工程项目全生命期各阶段、各参与方、各专业之间的信息交换、共享和协同工作;可支持工程环境、能耗、经济、安全等的分析和模拟,实现虚拟建造;实现项目全过程的精细管理,能够为项目全过程的各类决策提供科学依据,为产业链贯通提供技术保障,促进建筑领域生产和管理方式的变革,推动建筑工业化、信息化和可持续发展。
Through application of BIM, the exchange of information between participants, professionals, sharing and cooperation can be achieved in different stages of the whole life cycle of project; the simulation and anaylsis of project can be performed in aspects of site environment, energy consumption, economic and security. Through application of BIM, virtual construction and fine management over whole process of project can be realized, scientific references can be provided for managers to make decisions throughout the full-lifespan of the project; operation of industry chain was provided technical support; promote innovations on the way of production and management in the construction field, promoting industrialization and informationization of construction and sustainable development.
