摘要
针对传统防治工程造价评估方法得到的成本指标权重值过小的问题,提出一种建筑施工中环境污染防治工程造价评估方法。分析防治工程的费用-效益关系,得到评估指标,使用市场价值法与安全程度与治理成本的关系,得到直接治理成本费用,依据噪声源计算方式得到噪声防治成本,得到间接治理费用成本,整合为指标花费成本估算结果,预设成本风险指标的阈值,计算得到成本风险指标的权重值,使用风险预警三维结构评估得到的成本风险权重值,整理为最终的造价成本预估函数。
In view of the problem that the weight value of the cost index obtained by the traditional cost evaluation method of prevention and control project is too small,a cost evaluation method of environmental pollution prevention and control project in construction is proposed.This paper analyzes the cost-benefit relationship of the prevention and control project to get the evaluation index.By analyzing the relationship between the market value method and the safety degree and the governance cost,the study gets the direct governance cost.The noise prevention cost was obtained according to the noise source calculation method.It gets the indirect governance cost to integrates the cost estimation result as the index.By preset the threshold of the cost risk index,the study calculates the cost risk.The weight value of the index and the cost risk weight value obtained from the risk early warning three-dimensional structure evaluation are sorted into the final cost prediction function.
