张力补偿装置中涡卷弹簧的失效分析及仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对张力补偿装置中涡卷弹簧失效的问题,通过化学成分、断口形貌、金相组织、硬度测试等方法对其失效原因进行分析,并利用ABQUS软件对涡卷弹簧工作时的应力分布进行模拟仿真。结果表明,由于热处理工艺不当,导致涡卷弹簧表面出现脱碳层,降低硬度,以至难以承受周期性冲击载荷,导致过早失效。另外,脱碳层诱发内部裂纹的产生,造成残余应力上升,也是其失效的主要原因。 The component, fracture morphology, metallurgical and hardness testing were used for analyzing the fracture failure phenomenon of volute spiral spring. And the ABAQUS software was used to simulate the stress distribution under its working conditions. The results show that, due to incorrect heat treatment process, there is a surface decarburization layer on the material surface, results in low hardness of the material, it is difficult to bear the periodicity impulse load, prematuring failure. At the same time, the other failure mode is high residual stress due to internal cracks.
