扭矩测量设备中涡卷弹簧的有限元分析和鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 设计出恒扭矩发条一直以来是发条设计的核心技术,发条扭矩测试仪主要用来对机械钟表中的发条上紧和放松扭矩进行测量。本文对阿基米德螺旋线绕制而成的涡簧进行测量,对其实验数据做误差分析。再对所设计的一款扭矩测试仪中的涡卷弹簧进行了有限元仿真分析,将两者进行对比。结果证明:所设计的扭矩测试仪中的涡卷弹簧,其扭矩与圈数的特征基本呈线性特性,验证了此测试仪的有效性。 Designing a constant torque spring is always the core technology of the spring design. And spring torque tester is mainly used to measure the mainspring torque’s tightening and relaxation for mechanical watches. In this paper, the spring made by Archimedes spiral-wound has been measured, and which error analysis has been made through experimental data. Then spiral spring designed in a torque tester has been analyzed in finite element. Finally, they have been compared together. The results prove that, the spiral spring designed in torque tester, the characteristics for torque and laps of which has show a linear characteristic, which has verified the effectiveness of the tester.
