摘要
设计了一种以重力势能驱动的具有方向控制功能的涡卷弹簧储能自行小车。该自行小车在前行过程中能自动避开赛道上设置的障碍物,无须采用其他形式的动力源。从概念设计、详细设计等方面完成了小车的设计,该小车由转向系统、储能系统和传动系统等子系统组成,其中储能系统用以储存重物的部分势能而后再进行能量的释放,使得小车运行距离更远。该小车的设计为无碳小车的研究提供了指导意义。
A self-running car driven by its own gravitational potential energy and with direction control function and energy stored by vortex coil spring is designed in this paper.The self-running car can avoid the barriers placed on the track when running forwards without requiring any other form of power supply.The design of the car including conceptual design and detailed design was completed.The car consists of some sub-systems as steering system,energy storage system and transmission system.Where the energy storage system is used to store part of gravitational potential energy of heavy loads and then to release the energy,which is to make the car run farther.The design of the car provides guidance significance for the study of carbon-free car.
