摘要
目的探讨情景教学模式在心血管内科临床教学中的可行性。方法纳入临床医学专业76名见习阶段医师为研究对象,随机分为情景教学组(n=38)和常规教学组(n=38),情景教学组在常规教学要求基础上加用情景教学模式。结果与常规教学组比较,情景教学组学生期末成绩中理论原始成绩(75.70±6.66 vs.81.21±6.38,P<0.05)和总分(82.53±5.46 vs.85.68±3.78,P<0.05)更优。89%的学生喜欢这种教学模式,94%的学生认为提高综合分析和解决问题的能力。结论情景教学法是一种有效的医学辅助教育模式,有助于提高医学生的理论结合临床实践的能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of situational teaching mode on medical student clinical practice. Methods 76 medical students enrolled into were participate clinical practice, were randomized into situational teaching group (n=38) and traditional teaching group(n=38), situational teaching group on the basis of routine teaching requirements with situational teaching model. Results Compared with traditional teaching group, the theoretical score (75.70±6.66 vs. 81.21±6.38, P〈0.05) and total score (82.53±5.46 vs. 85.68±3.78, P〈0.05) were higher than the situational teaching group. 89% of students favored the situational teaching mode, 94% of students acknowledged its ability of improving comprehensive analysis and resolving problem in clinical practice. Conclusion Situational teaching mode is an efficient medical assistant teaching mode to improve medical students' ability.
