摘要
当今时代创伤原因复杂、多样化,在欧美等发达国家,创伤体系创建时间早,已经从过去单一的以治疗战伤为主,发展成一种多学科、多部门联动的治疗多种创伤的急救体系。本文对美国、德国、加拿大的创伤体系的发展与现状,尤其是院前和院内急救的运行进行综述。
Foreign trauma care system was established at an earlier stage, especially in the developed countries such as Europe and North America. The foreign trauma care system has been transformed from a unitary care system mainly focusing on war injuries into a multi-discipline and multi-department trauma system which can treat a variety of injuries. This paper reviews the development and present status of trauma care system in Europe and Noah America, especially focusing on the operation of pre-hospital and in-hospital trauma care.
