高质量就业统计指标权重的确定及实证分析——基于高校毕业生的统计分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于就业影响因素的统计调查数据,建立因子分析数学模型,分析高质量就业综合影响因素及其权重,结果表明:普通就业与高质量就业的影响因素相同,只是权重不同和损失信息不同,高质量就业约束条件较高,所以损失信息较多。由旋转后的因子载荷阵得出影响高质量就业的两个主要因子,分别是工作质量因子和工作环境因子,最后针对这两个影响因素提出促进高质量就业的对策建议。 Based on statistical data on factors influencing employment, a mathematical model is set up to analyze comprehensive factors affecting high-quality employment and the weight of the factors. The result proves that influencing factors of general employment and high-quality employment are the same, but the weight and damaged information are different. High-quality employment has more con- straint conditions, so the information loss is more than general employment. With factor loading matrix after rotation, two major factors im- pacting high quality employmentare conduded: job quality factor and job environment factor. Responding strategy based on the two factors is proposed for improving high-quality employment.
