摘要
大学生是重要的潜在中产群体。他们能否顺利进入和发育为中产阶层,关键是要看技能匹配和"职业接轨"的状况。当前,大学生知识技能与市场需求普遍不匹配,主要原因在于教育设置与企业社会用人需求脱节,所学专业与就业岗位"不对口",而大学生毕业后频繁跳槽也不利于企业组织技能培训。必须构建高校与企业、社会互动的专业设置体系,增加高校专业设置的主动权,高校结合本地产业做有特色和竞争力的品牌专业,企业和社会要及时反馈大学生的就业状况,政府要采取措施保证大学生的就业稳定性,并利用税收减免政策鼓励企业积极组织职业技能培训。
College students make the important group of potential middle class. Whether they can enter and develop into the middle class in a successful way relies on the situation of technical matching and ＂career coupling＂. At present, the knowledge and skills of college students are not matching the demand of the market. The main cause is that the educa- tional settings are incompatible to the talent demand of enterprises and the society, so the majors learned at universities can- not serve the job market. After the students graduate from universities, they show frequent job hopping, which is detrimen- tal to corporate skills training. We must construct a new university program system that enables interaction between the uni- versities, enterprises and the society, and increase the initiative of program setting by colleges and universities. The colle- ges and universities should consider local industries to offer leading programs with unique characteristics and competitive- ness. The enterprises and the society should provide timely feedback on the employment situation for college students. The government should take measures to ensure the stability of employment for college students, and use tax relief policies to encourage enterprises to actively organize vocational and skill training programs.
