摘要
近年来,志愿服务何以赋能乡村振兴问题受到广泛关注。2020年以来的“大学生志愿服务西部计划项目实施方案”提出引导“西部计划”志愿者参与乡村振兴的必要性。通过田野调查来看,当前“西部计划”志愿者初入农村之际很容易出现难以适应农村生活、难以基于所学知识开展农村工作、难以长期坚持志愿服务等社会化困境,并影响到农业农村现代化效果提升、“西部计划”志愿者个人及群体发展向度、志愿文化建设质量等问题。因此,若要使志愿服务与乡村振兴契合在一起,不仅需要认真审视上述社会化困境的生成机制和多维影响,还需要进行路径探索,如整合高校、组织、个体、社群、国家等主体的力量,使“西部计划”志愿者在顺利融入农村的基础上,主动围绕“农业强、农村美、农民富”的目标砥砺奋进。
In recent years,the issue of how volunteer services empower rural revitalization has received widespread attention.The implementation plan of the“College Student Volunteer Service Western Plan project”since 2020 has been clearly proposed the necessity of strengthening the participation of volunteers of the“Western Plan”in rural revitalization.It can be seen from field investigations,volunteers of the“Western Plan”are prone to difficulty adapting to rural life when they first enter the countryside,difficulty in carrying out rural work based on the knowledge learned,and difficulty in persisting in volunteer services for a long time,and other social difficulties,and it affects the improvement of the modernization effect of agriculture and rural areas,individual and group development direction of volunteers of the“Western Plan”,quality of volunteer culture construction,etc.Therefore,in order to integrate volunteer services with rural revitalization,it is not only necessary to carefully examine the generation mechanism and multidimensional impact of the aforementioned socialization difficulties,and further path exploration is needed.For example,integrating the forces of universities,organizations,individuals,communities,cultures,countries,and other entities,on the basis of guiding volunteers of the“Western Plan”to smoothly integrate into rural areas,actively strive to strengthen agriculture,rural areas,and enrich farmers.
