摘要
本文分析了农村特色经济发展的外部环境和内部要素,认为要素禀赋、技术与制度安排等要素与环境的相互作用,贯穿特色经济的产生、发展、演化过程;强调了制度安排对农村特色经济发展的重要作用,并结合特色经济演化过程提出了对策思路;指出政府在促进特色经济发展时,要营造相应的制度环境,充分发挥微观主体的主动性与创造性。
Feature economy is a kind of basic choices for the development of rural areas. This paper analyzes the environment and major effect factors of feature economy in rural area. It proposed that the characteristics of diversification and individuation in the development of rural area can be fundamentally attributed to the influence of three basic factors： distribution of economical factor, technology and institution. This article emphasized that the institution plays a vital role in the development of feature economy. Based on these analyses, countermeasures are proposed.
