摘要
充填料浆制备是充填采矿过程中的重要组成部分,全尾砂絮凝沉降是料浆制备的关键技术。为探讨某铁矿山全尾砂絮凝沉降规律,采用正交试验法以尾砂浆入料浓度、絮凝剂单耗、絮凝剂溶液浓度和聚丙烯酰胺分子量为自变量,以沉降速度、极限浓度和上清液含固率为考察指标开展全尾砂絮凝沉降实验。对实验数据进行极差分析,结果表明:絮凝剂单耗和尾砂浆入料浓度是影响全尾砂絮凝沉降效果的主要因素,聚丙烯酰胺分子量和絮凝剂溶液浓度为次要因素;沉降速度与聚丙烯酰胺分子量和絮凝剂单耗正相关,与尾砂浆入料浓度负相关,极限浓度与尾砂浆入料浓度和聚丙烯酰胺分子量正相关,上清液含固率与尾砂浆入料浓度和絮凝剂溶液浓度正相关;本次实验范围内最佳絮凝剂单耗为20g/t,最佳尾砂浆入料浓度为15%,聚丙烯酰胺最佳分子量为1800万,絮凝剂溶液浓度最佳为0.4%。
Filling slurry preparation is an important part in the process of filling mining, and the flocculation and sedimentation of total tailings is a key technology of slurry preparation. In order to explore the floeculation and sedimentation laws of total tailings, the orthogonal experiments were used to carry out the flocculation and sedimentation experiments, which taken the concentration of tailings slurry, the unit consumption of flocculant, the solution concentration of flocculant and the molecular weight of polyacrylamide as the independent variables, as well as the settling velocity, the limiting concentration and the solid content of supernatant fluid as the evaluation indexes. According to the range analysis of experimental data, the results were obtained as follows. Firstly, the unit consumption of floceulant and the concentration of tailings slurry were the main factors affecting the flocculation and sedimentation of total tailings, and the molecular weight of polyacrylamide and the solution concentration of flocculant were the secondary factors. Secondly, the settling velocity had a positive correlation with the molecular weight of polyacrylamide and the unit consumption of flocculant, but had a negative correlation with the concentration of tailings slurry; the limiting concentration showed a positive correlation with the concentration of tailings slurry and the molecular weight of polyacrylamide; besides, the relationship between the solid content of supernatant fluid with the concentration of tailings slurry and the solution concentration of floeculant also presented a positive correlation. Thirdly, the best floeculation and sedimentation parameters were obtained from the experiment, with 20 g/t of unit consumption of floeculant, 15% of slurry concentration, 18 million of molecular weight of polyacrylamide, and 0.4 % of solution concentration of flocculant.
