摘要
采用磁种与絮凝剂相结合的方法对煤泥水进行絮凝沉降实验,分析磁感应强度和磁种用量对煤泥水絮凝沉降速度和上清液浊度的影响。结果表明:煤泥水絮凝沉降速度随磁感应强度的增大而增大,随磁种用量的增加先增大后减小;上清液浊度随磁感应强度的增大而减小,随磁种用量的增大先减小后增大。在磁感应强度为0.25 T、磁种用量为0.3 g时,煤泥水的处理效果最佳。该研究为选煤厂煤泥水处理提供了新途径。
This paper describes an experiment aimed at the flocculation and sedimentation of slimewater by combining magnetic seeds with flocculent and an analysis of the effect of magnetic flux density and magnetic seeds dosage on setting vessel and turbidity. The analysis suggests that the slime water has a flocculation settling velocity which tends to increase with an increase in the magnetic flux density and shows an initial increase and a subsequent decrease,determined by the increase in magnetic seeds dosage; the slime water gives less turbidity due to increased magnetic flux density and an initial decrease and a subsequent increase,triggered by increased magnetic seeds dosage. The magnetic flux density of 0. 25 T and magnetic seeds dosage of 0. 3 g provide the best treatment of slime-water. This study would be a new way for slime-water treatment.
