摘要
研究了巨尾桉木屑配方对7种毛木耳产质量的影响,结果表明:在巨尾桉木屑栽培基质中,与对照菌株‘漳耳43-28’相比,新菌株43012和杂10菌丝长势好,污染率低,产量高,营养品质好,可以在福建等地推广示范。
Substrates were prepared with sawdust of Eucalyptus grandis and used to culture 7 strains of mushroom Auricularia auricula to analyze the effect of the substrates on the yield and quality of A.auricular.The results showed that new strain mushroom 43012 and Za 10 cultured in the sawdust based substrates gave higher yield and good nutritional quality, as compared to the control strain mushroom‘Zhanger 43-28'.These two new strains of mushroom were better in mycelial growth, low in contamination, high in yield, and good in nutritional quality, and could hence be released for extension and demonstration in Fujian Province, China
