不同配比苹果果渣替代木屑栽培榆黄蘑试验 被引量:5

摘要 以苹果果渣为试验材料,部分或全部代替木屑对榆黄蘑(Pleurotus citrinipileatus)进行栽培试验。结果表明,配方G4(果渣80%、麦麸18%、石膏1%、石灰3%,料水比1∶1.5)栽培的榆黄蘑生产周期最短,产量与对照相比差异不明显。总体经济效益分析结果显示,配方G4比木屑配方的栽培成本降低25.93%,经济效益提高0.23%,投入产出比为1∶2.92;单袋经济效益分析结果显示,配方G4的生物学效率达72%以上,与对照相比,栽培成本降低38.68%,经济效益提高14.35%。 The cultivation of Pleurotus citrinipileatus was studied using apple pomace, which part or whole instead of sawdust. The results showed that formula G4 (80% pomace, 18% wheat bran, 1% gypsum, 3% lime, the ratio of substrate to water 1: 1.5) was the best, in which the production cycle was the shortest, and the differences of the harvest were not obvious compared with the control. The total economic efficiency analysis results indicated that the cultivation costs of formula G4 were decreased by 25.93% than that of the sawdust, the economic benefit was increased by 0.23%, and the input-output ratio was 1:2.92. How- ever, the economic efficiency analysis of single bag showed that the biological efficiency of formula G4 was more than 72%, the cultivation costs were decreased by 38.68%, and economic benefit was increased by 14.35% compared with the control.
