摘要
目的探讨录播系统在《基础护理学》实训教学中的应用效果。方法以山东医学高等专科学校2013级护理专业两小班学生各54人为研究对象,其中一小班作为常规实训教学组,另一小班作为录播系统实训教学组,通过两组学生期中、期末理论和操作考核成绩的比较以及问卷调查,评价教学效果。结果录播系统实训教学组学生的期中、期末理论成绩分别为(82.12±4.37)分、(85.25±3.62)分,明显高于常规实训教学组成绩(74.45±1.83)分、(76.31±4.24)分(P<0.05);期中、期末实训操作考核以≥80分为合格,录播系统实训组学生总合格率分别为85.16%和94.44%,明显高于常规实训组学生77.78%合81.48%;同时调查显示录播系统运用于实训教学得到学生广泛认可。结论录播系统运用于《基础护理学》实训教学,可明显提高教学效果,值得推广使用。
Objective Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of applying recording and broadcasting system to practical teaching of fundamental nursing.Methods 108 nursing students from two small class of Grade 2013 in Shandong Medical college were chosen as the research objects,with 54 students in the routine practical teaching group and 54 students in the recording and broadcasting system practical teaching group.The teaching results were evaluated through theory mid-term examinations and final examinations,operational examinations as well as the questionnaires.Results The midterm and final theory results of the students from the recording and broadcasting system group were(82.12±4.37)and(85.25±3.62)respectively,while the midterm and final theory results of the students from routine practical teaching group were(74.45±1.83)and(76.31±4.24)respectively(P 〈0.05).The total percent of pass in the midterm and final operational examinations was 85.16% and 94.44%respectively in the recording and broadcasting system group,while the total percent of pass in the midterm and final operational examinations was 77.78%and 81.48%respectively in the routine practical teaching group.Conclusion Recording and broadcasting system can be applied to practical teaching of fundamental nursing to improve the teaching effect.
