摘要
车辆均衡修模式是对原有的车辆检修模式的重大改变,是车辆检修方式的质的提升。它通过把车辆的周检、月检和定修规程进行重新整合并分散,以系统修+专项修的均衡修模式替代原有的周检、月检和定修模式,把原来的扣车检修改变成充分利用列车早高峰回库后的空隙时间开展车辆检修。车辆均衡修有效地大幅减少列车因检修的扣修天数,缓解了运营用车压力。
Vehicle balance repair mode is an important change for the original vehicle maintenance mode,and it is the quality improvement of vehicle maintenance mode.Through the vehicle’s weekly inspection,monthly inspection and repair procedures for reintegration and dispersion,with the balanced repair mode ＂system repair and special repair＂ to replace the original repair mode ＂ weekly inspection,monthly inspection and periodical repair＂,this paper also changes the original detaining car maintenance to the vehicle maintenance which can make full use of the time gap of train back to the library when the morning rush.Vehicle balance repair can effectively reduce the detaining days for train maintenance,and can alleviate the pressure of vehicle operation.
