碳酸钙改性方式对造纸法再造烟叶的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为提高再造烟叶品质,研究了4种碳酸钙改性方式:直接添加、淀粉与助留剂一起加入、淀粉改性、烟梗纤维-淀粉改性对造纸法再造烟叶的影响。结果表明,直接添加,碳酸钙颗粒均匀分散在基片表面上,但基片内部纤维碳酸钙附着量较少;淀粉与助留剂一起加入,碳酸钙较均匀分布在整个片基的纤维上;淀粉改性,基片中碳酸钙颗粒形成大块团聚体且分布严重不均;烟梗纤维-淀粉改性,碳酸钙团聚的小块颗粒较均匀地分布在基片中。上述4种碳酸钙改性方式,其烟草浆料留着率、碳酸钙留着率依次提高。中试试验结果表明,与原工艺(直接添加碳酸钙)相比,采用新工艺(烟梗纤维-淀粉改性)的样品的焦油、CO、总粒相物含量都得到有效降低,样品的碳酸钙含量从6.3%提高到10.8%,留着率达到72.0%。结论:烟梗纤维-淀粉改性方式对提高基片中碳酸钙的留着率和分布均匀性效果较好。 Modifying methods of calcium carbonate(PCC) including direct addition,combining with starch and retention aids,modification with starch,and modification with tobacco stem fiber and starch were studied on their respective effect on reconstituted tobacco in paper-making process.Results showed that:1) In the case of direct addition,many calcium carbonate particles were relatively evenly distributed on the surface of basesheet,but only small amounts of calcium carbonate particles affixed to fibers inside the base sheet.2)Combined with starch and retention aids,calcium carbonate particles were distributed evenly in the whole base sheet.3) In the case of modification with starch,large aggregates were formed between calcium carbonate particles,which lead to uneven distribution of PCC aggregates in the base sheet.4) In the case of modification with tobacco stem and fiber starch,small pieces of PCC agglomeration were formed and the distribution of PCC agglomeration was relatively uniform in the base sheet.The retention of tobacco furnish and calcium carbonate of these base sheets was improved gradually.The pilot experiment results showed that compared with old processes(direct addition),deliveries of tar,CO and TPM in mainstream smoke of sheets treated with new processes(modification with tobacco stem fiber and starch) have been brought down.The calcium carbonate content of these sheets treated with new processes was improved significantly,from 6.3 % to 10.8 %,and calcium carbonate retention of these sheets reached up to 72.0 %.Thus it was proved that modification with tobacco stem and fiber starch could effectively improve the retention and distribution of calcium carbonate.
