摘要
为研究助留剂对再造烟叶浆料电化学特性及留着作用机理,测试了瓜尔胶、壳聚糖不同添加量的浆料Zeta电位、PCD颗粒电荷(阴离子垃圾浓度)、浆料留着率,回归分析了添加不同助留剂浆料的Zeta电位、PCD颗粒电荷、浆料及填料留着率随助留剂添加量的变化。结果表明:(1)不同助留剂对浆料Zeta电位影响差异显著;(2)添加量小于500.0mg/L时,壳聚糖对浆料总留着率和填料留着率的作用效果均优于瓜尔胶,尤其对浆料填料留着率作用更显著;但当用量超过500.0mg/L,二者的作用效果趋近一致;(3)烟草浆料的阴离子垃圾由与纤维组织结合紧密的阴离子垃圾、游离在浆料中阴离子垃圾、溶解聚合物和胶体物质(DCS)等3部分组成;除了电荷中和外,助留剂与烟草浆料纤维组织及浆料中阴离子垃圾作用的位点、方式、先后次序、空间结构。不仅对浆料的Zeta电位、浆料留着影响较大。而且对纸基的微观结构影响也较大,壳聚糖对烟草浆料的阴离子垃圾的卷扫、网捕超过电中和作用,瓜尔胶主要以电中和的方式结合烟草浆料的阴离子垃圾。
In order to study the effect of pulp retention agent on the electrochemical properties and retention mechanism of reconstituted tobacco pulp, the zeta potential, PCD particle charge(anionic trash concentration) and retention rate of pulp which change along with the amount of guar gum and chitosan were tested; the relationship among them was investigated by regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) The effects of different retention agents on the zeta potential of pulp were significantly different; (2) When the dosage was less than 500 mg/L, the effects of chitosan on the total pulp retention rate and filler retention rate were both better than that of guar gum, especially on the pulp filler retention rate; but the effects of different pulp retention agents tended to be the same when the dosage was over 500 rag/L; (3) The anionic trash of tobacco pulp was composed of three parts, which were the anionic trash combined with fibrous tissue closely, the free anionic trash in pulp, as well as the dissolved polymer and colloidal substance(DCS). In addition to charge neutralization, the site, way, sequence and spatial structure of the pulp retention agent combining with tobacco pulp fibrous tissue and the anionic trash in pulp also can impact the zeta potential and retention rate of the pulp, and the microstructure of the paper base was influenced seriously as well. Chitosan combined with the anionic trash of tobacco pulp by sweeping and netting, which were more than charge neutralization, while guar gum combined with the anionic trash of tobacco pulp mainly through charge neutralization.
