摘要
造纸法再造烟叶因其填充值高、焦油释放量低的特点,其在卷烟配方中的使用比例也越来越高。文章从造纸法再造烟叶的制造出发,着重从原料、加工工艺、添加剂三方面综述了对再造烟叶烟气中有害成分释放的影响,并对减害措施进行了总结。原料决定了再造烟叶烟气中有害成分的前体物质含量,对原料的筛选和配方调整是最为简单、直接的调控烟气有害成分释放量的方法,改善再造烟叶燃烧性能则是目前应用较为广泛的调控手段。
The proportion of paper-making reconstituted tobacco in cigarette was increasing,due to the characteristics of higher filling power and lower tar release.The effect of raw materials,processing technology and additives on the harmful components in cigarette smoke was reviewed.The measures to control the release of harmful components in reconstituted tobacco smoke were also described.The screening and adjustment of raw materials were the simplest methods to control the release of harmful components in the smoke,because the precursors of harmful components were determined by the raw materials.At the same time,improving the combustion performance of paper-making reconstituted tobacco was the most widely used method.
