钾盐对卷烟烟气影响的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 为了解钾盐对卷烟烟气中有害成分释放量的影响,对近年来钾盐作为助燃剂的研究与应用以及钾盐对卷烟烟气影响的作用机理的相关研究进行了分析。结果表明:相对于其他众多钾盐,柠檬酸钾的作用效果最显著;钾盐对纤维素的热解具有催化作用是影响烟气变化的主要原因。虽然钾盐对降低烟气有害成分释放量有明显作用,但建议与其他相关技术结合使用,以便保证卷烟的感官质量不再变化。 In order to realize the effects of potassium salts to the release of harmful compounds in cigarette smoke, a simple literature review is conducted on the research and application of potassium salts as the combustion improver and the functional mechanism of potassium salts in cigarette smoke. The results show that potassium citrate has the most obvious positive effect in the many potassium salts, and potassium salts have also catalytic activities for the pyrolysis of cellulose, which is an important reason on the influence of cigarette smoke. Joining potassium plays an obvious role to reduce the release of harmful components in cigarette smoke, but it should be combined with the other technologies to keep the sensory quality of cigarette unchanged.
