摘要
目的:探讨监狱警察工作家庭冲突对其离职倾向的影响,以及社会支持在二者之间的作用。方法:采用工作家庭冲突量表、社会支持量表和离职倾向量表对河南省5所监狱的238名监狱警察进行调查。结果:监狱警察工作家庭冲突与社会支持负相关(p<0.001),与离职倾向正相关(p<0.001),社会支持与离职倾向负相关(p<0.01);工作家庭冲突显著预测离职倾向(p<0.001),工作家庭冲突与社会支持的交互效应显著(p<0.05)。结论:监狱警察的工作家庭冲突可以显著预测其离职倾向,社会支持在二者关系中起调节作用,且社会支持强化了工作家庭冲突对离职倾向的影响。
Objective: To explore the effect of work family conflicts on prison police's turnover intention and the role of social support between them. Methods: Questionnaires were conducted among 238 prisons polices by using Work Family Conflicts Scale, Social Support Scale and Turnover Intention Scale in Henan province. Results: The prison police's work family conflicts was significantly negatively correlated with so- cial support (p〈0.001), and significantly positively with turnover intention (p〈0.001), social support was significantly negatively correlated with turnover intention (p 〈0.01). Work family conflicts could predict turnover intention positively (p〈0.001); There was a significant interaction between work family conflicts and social support on turnover intention. Conclusions: Work family conflicts could predict turnover intention significantly, and this effect was moderated by social support, further more social support enhanced this relationship.
