摘要
为探讨并定量化分析运动技能与速度、耐力、力量、柔韧等关系,运用量表测试法、数理统计法等方法,结合AMOS 7. 0构建的结构方程模型进行验证性因子分析,分析运动技能影响因素。研究认为,结构方程模型的df=173> 0,为过度识别模型,标准化系数值的绝对值为0. 257到0. 758,小于0. 95,并未存在标准差估计值过大的数值,模型并未发生违反估计现象。肌肉的伸展性和柔韧性、下肢爆发力、协调能力、心肺功能、肌肉耐力、背部肌肉、上肢肌肉力量、身体质量等与运动技能具有明显的相关性,其中心肺功能、肌肉耐力、背部肌肉的权重小于0. 4,协调能力与下肢爆发力的权重大于0. 6,肢肌肉力量、身体质量、肌肉的伸展性和柔韧性对篮球技能的权重大于0. 5,由此可见,身体素质对运动技能的影响表现为协调能力>下肢爆发力>上肢肌肉力量>身体质量>肌肉的伸展性和柔韧性>心肺功能>肌肉耐力>背部肌肉。
In order to explore and quantitatively analyze the relationship between sports skills and speed,endurance,strength,flexibility,etc.,methods such as scale test,mathematical statistics and so on,combined with the structural equation model constructed by AMOS 7.0 were used to do the confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the influencing factors of sports skills.It is considered that the df=173>0 of structural equation model is over recognition model;the absolute value of standardized coefficient is 0.257 to 0.758,less than 0.95,which shows there is no excessive value of standard deviation estimation and the model does not violate the estimation.Stretch ability and flexibility of muscles,explosive force of lower limbs,coordination ability,cardiopulmonary function,muscle endurance,back muscle,upper limb muscle strength,body mass have obvious correlation with sports skills,of which the weight of cardiopulmonary function,muscle endurance and back muscle is less than 0.4;the weight of coordination ability and lower limb explosive force is more than 0.6;the weight of muscle strength,body mass,muscle extensibility and flexibility on basketball skills is greater than 0.5.It can be seen that the influence of physical fitness on motor skills is as follows:coordination ability>lower extremity explosive force>upper extremity muscle strength>body mass>muscle extensibility and flexibility>cardiopulmonary function>muscle endurance>back muscle.
