摘要
《莫洛伊》是20世纪实验小说中的代表作之一,贝克特将"旅行"与"寻找"与小说的叙述结合,以叙述的方式展现除了旅行与寻找自我的过程,旅行的结束就是这部小说的结尾。贝克特通过这部小说展示自己在进行艺术创作的过程中的精神运动,并阐述了一个新的小说叙述观——作者创作过程其实是一次发掘最真实的自我,展现个人意识的过程,是一次深刻的与灵魂对话的过程。
Molloy is one representative work of the experimental novels in the 20th century. Beckett combines ＂travailing ＂＂ and ＂seeking＇＂ with the narration in his novel, showing in a narrative way self-seeking progress along with travel whose destination is also the ending of the novel. Beckett displays his spirit tracks through the novel in the process of artistic creation, meanwhile, the author also expounds a new narrative view which claims that creation process is actually the one to discover truest self, to show individual consciousness, as well as to talk deeply with the soul.
