摘要
针对无人机某型机载电子设备的小型化原理样机在做随机振动环境试验考核时出现的耳片断裂现象,进行了随机振动仿真分析,研究了耳片断裂失效的机理,并提出了耳片结构的优化设计方法。经随机振动仿真分析及试验验证,优化后的耳片结构可满足使用要求。
To the problem of lug breakage in random vibration test of a UAV airborne avionics miniaturized prototype,the paper carried out the simulation analysis of random vibration to study the mechanism of the lug breakage,and proposed an optimization design of the lug structure.The random vibration simulation and test verification show that the optimized lug can meet the avionics requirements.It has a certain reference value for the CAE analysis of the electronic equipment random vibration test.
