不同砧木对‘绿岭’核桃叶片光合和叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Different Rootstocks on Photosynthesis and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics in ‘Lyuling' Walnut

摘要 为了解不同砧木对‘绿岭’核桃光合及叶绿素荧光特性的影响,以中宁强、中宁异、北加州黑核桃和核桃作砧木嫁接‘绿岭’核桃的2年生幼树为试验材料,研究了‘绿岭’核桃叶片光合特性及叶绿素荧光特性。结果表明,4种砧木‘绿岭’核桃的净光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线,其最大净光合速率依次为核桃(17.92μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))>中宁强(14.17μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))>北加州黑核桃(13.02μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))>中宁异(12.34μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1));蒸腾速率和气孔导度日变化均呈现单峰曲线;最大蒸腾速率依次为中宁异(5.36mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))>核桃(5.11mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))>北加州黑核桃(4.90mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))>中宁强(3.41mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1));气孔导度最大值依次为中宁强(0.22mol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))>中宁异(0.21mol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))>北加州黑核桃(0.19mol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))>核桃(0.17mol·m^(-2)·s^(-1));胞间CO_2浓度日变化规律较为一致,均呈倒抛物线型;水分利用效率日均值依次为核桃(5.19)>中宁强(4.97)>北加州黑核桃(3.63)>中宁异(3.49)。4种砧木‘绿岭’核桃的Fv/Fm和ΦPSⅡ日变化曲线均呈倒抛物线型;中宁强、中宁异、北加州黑核桃砧木‘绿岭’核桃的Fm和ETR都呈不规则的双谷型,而核桃砧木‘绿岭’核桃呈单谷型。4种砧木‘绿岭’核桃的P_n与T_r、G_s均呈正相关,P_n与C_i、ΦPSⅡ、ETR均呈负相关,相关性因砧木品种不同而达到显著或不显著水平。通过主成分分析对4种砧木‘绿岭’核桃光合及叶绿素荧光特性进行综合评价,其综合评价值分别为0.66、-1.59、-1.83和2.75,表明在光合和叶绿素荧光特性方面,核桃作为‘绿岭’核桃的砧木优于其他3个品种,是适合‘绿岭’核桃的优良砧木。 To determine the effects of different rootstocks on the photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluores- cence characteristics in walnut,2-year-old seedlings of the walnut cultivar ‘Lyuling’ were grafted onto the cultivars of "Zhongningqiang","Zhongningyi",Juglans hindsii and J. regia rootstocks. The diurnal varia tion of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of ‘Lyuling’ walnut grafted onto the 4 kinds of rootstocks all showed a double peak curve, the maximum net photosynthetic rates were J. regia(17.92 μmol · m -2 · s -1) Zhongningqiang (14.17 t, mol· m-2 · s -1)〉j. hindsii(13.02 μmol ·m- 2 ·s -1)〉 Zhongningyi (12.34 μmol · m 2 · s-1). The diurnal variations of Tr and Gs of ‘Lyuling’ all showed a single peak curve,and themaximum transpiration rates were Zhongningyi (5.36 mmol · m-2 · s -1)〉J. regia(5.11 mmol ·m-2 · s-1) 〉J. hindsii(4.90 mmol·m-2 · s-1) 〉 Zhongningqiang (3.41 mmol· m-2·s-1),the maximum val- ues of stomatal conductance were Zhongningqiang (0.22 mol · m-2 ·s-1 ) 〉 Zhongningyi (0.21mol · m-2 · s-1) 〉J. hindsii(0. 19 mol ·m 2 · s-1) 〉J. regia(0. 17 mol· m- 2 . s-1). The diurnal variation curves of Ci were similar to converse parabola types. The daily mean values of WUE were J. regia (5. 19) Zhongningqiang (4.97) 〉J. hindsii(3.63) 〉 Zhongningyi (3.49). The diurnal variation curves of Fv/ Fm and PS II of ‘Lyuling’ were converse parabolic types. The diurnal variation curves of Fm and ETR of ‘Lyuling’ walnut grafted onto Zhongningqiang,Zhongningyi and J. hindsii R were irregular double trough types,while that of grafted onto J. regia rootstock was single trough type. There had positive correlations among Pn and Tr, Gs, Pn, while there had negative correlation among Pn and Ci,φ PS Ⅱ , ETR, and the difference levels of correlations were significant or not significant due to the different rootstock varieties.
