摘要
[目的J研究不同砧穗组合对南果梨光合特性的影响。[方法]以6~10年生南果梨树为试材,进行为期1年的有关不同砧穗组合对南果梨光合作用的影响的研究。[结果]不同砧穗组合对南果梨光合特性具有显著的影响,不同砧穗组合间南果梨叶片的气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度都达到显著差异。山梨(矮接)/南果梨叶片净光合速率和气孔导度均达最大值分别为11.27μmol/(m^2·s)、0.1343mmolH2O/(m^2·s)。[结论]以山梨矮接南果梨为适合的砧穗组合方式,南果梨的产量和品质最佳。
[Objective]The aim was to study the effects of different rootstock-scion combinations on photosynthetic traits of Nanguo Pear. [ Method ] With the six to ten-year-old Nanguo pear trees as experimental material, the effects of different rootstock-scion combinations on photosynthesis of Nanguo Pear were researched. [ Result] The results showed that The results showed that the different rootstock-scion combinations had significant influence on photosynthetic traits of Nanguo Pear. The stomatal conductance and intercellular COz concentration of different root- stock-scion combinations for Nanguo Pear were significant difference. The highest photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of the rootstockscion combination of Shanli( short)/Nanguo pear respectively were 11.27μmol/(m^2 ·s) and 0. 1343 mmol H2O/(m^2 · s). [ Conclusion] The rootstock-scion combination of Shanli(short)/Nanguo pear was appropriate and the yield and quality of Nanguo Pear were best.
