摘要
本文通过室外实验模拟埋地钢质管道的阴极保护系统,用试片法代替管道防腐层的缺陷,并采用普通Cu/饱和CuSO_4电极结合极化探头测得管道的阴极保护参数,来研究管道防腐层破损后管道防腐层的破损状况、周围土壤特性等对自然管地电位、管道阴极保护电位及IR降各阴保参数的影响规律。以便为管道工作者根据测得的阴极保护电位来判断管道防腐层的状况提供一些依据。
By carrying out the outdoor experiment simulation of buried pipeline cathodic protection system,substituting specimen method for pipeline anticorrosion coating defects,using the Cu/CuSO4 electrode and the polarize probe measured pipeline cathodic protection parameters,this paper analyzed the variation laws of the cathodic protection parameters--including the natural pipe-to-soil potential,cathodic protection potential and the IR drop-influenced by the coating's defects,soil characteristics etc.,which is for works according to the measured cathodic protection potential provide some basis to determine the condition of the pipeline anticorrosive coating.
