摘要
目的通过膝关节疼痛及其他症状的改善情况评价微波针灸仪的临床疗效。方法将36例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组18例。治疗组给予多频率微波针灸仪治疗,对照组给予温针灸治疗。比较两组治疗前后的VAS评分。结果治疗前,两组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组VAS评分变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组VAS评分变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多频率微波针灸仪治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of multi frequency microwave acupuncture instrument by relieving knee pain and other symptoms. Methods 36 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 18 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with multi frequency microwave acupuncture instrument,while those in the control group were given acupuncture therapy. VAS scores of two groups before and after treatment were compare. Results Before treatment,the two groups had no statistically significant difference in VAS score（P〈0.05）. After treatment,treatment group was statistically significant difference in VAS score（P〈0.05）,and there is significant difference in VAS score in control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in VAS score between the treatment group and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of multiple frequency microwave acupuncture treatment on knee osteoarthritis is obvious.
