摘要 目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合氨基葡萄糖对骨性膝关节炎的治疗效果。方法选取2014年4月~2016年3月收治的120例骨性膝关节炎患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用氨基葡萄糖进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用玻璃酸钠进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组(P〈0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合氨基葡萄糖能有效的提高对骨性膝关节炎的治疗效果,是安全而有效的治疗方式。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with glucosamine on osteoarthritis of knee.MethodsA total of 120 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint treated from April 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups and the function of the knee joints before and after the treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with glucosamine can effectively improve the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.
