摘要
目的探讨乌梅丸水煎剂应用于治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病,对其临床疗效进行分析总结。方法将我院120例非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者随机分配2组,分别为治疗组和对照组,各组分别为60例,对照组患者使用雷贝拉唑治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用乌梅丸水煎剂治疗,对对照组和治疗组治疗前后进行非糜烂性胃食管反流病评分及测定胃肠压力,分别对两组的疗效、下食管括约肌压力进行分析。结果治疗后2组的胃食管反流病评分均降低,与对照组相比,治疗组呈明显下降,组间差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后2组的食管下括约肌静息压力比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论乌梅丸水煎剂治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病具有明显效果,比常规服用方式的治疗临床效果更加显著,在临床中具有广泛的应用价值,值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical effect of Wumei pill decoction in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 120 cases of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease patients in our hospital were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rabeprazole treatment.The treatment group used Wumei pill decoction on the basis of the control group. The non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease rates and determination of abdominal pressure of the two groups was detected, respectively. The therapeutic effect and lower esophageal sphincter pressure were analyzed. Results Comparing with the control group, after treatment, gastroesophageal reflux dis-ease scores of the treatment were lower, the treatment group was significantly decreased, and the difference between groups was sig-nificant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, the lower esophageal sphincter resting pressure were increased to varying degrees, but after treatment resting pressure compared with the control group was significantly higher（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wumei pill decoction in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease has a significant effect, the clinical effect is more significant than that of the conventional mode of administration, it has extensive application value in clinical, and is worthy of further promotion.
