摘要
目的:探讨强化降糖治疗对2型糖尿病合并反复发作牙周病发病情况的影响。方法:2型糖尿病合并反复发作牙周病的患者40例分为A、B两组。A组进行牙周基础治疗+常规降糖治疗;B组进行牙周基础治疗+强化降糖治疗。均治疗6个月后检测两组患者治疗前后牙周袋探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、发病频率、恢复疗程、体质指数、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清C反应蛋白水平变化。结果:治疗后,A组除体质指数和空腹血糖外其余指标均较前好转(P<0.05),B组患者除体质指数外其余指标均较前明显好转(P<0.05);且治疗后B组患者牙袋探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、发病间隔、恢复疗程、血清C反应蛋白水平、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖等指标均显著优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周基础治疗+强化降糖治疗可有效改善患者的牙周健康,缩短牙周病的恢复疗程、降低其发病频率,同时,可改善糖尿病患者血糖指标。
Objective： To investigate the effect of intensive hypoglycemic therapy on the frequency of recurrent periodontitis in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： Totally 40 patients with type 2 diabetes meltitus and recurrent periodontal disease were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was treated with the periodontal basic therapy combined with the convention- al hypoglycemic therapy. Group B was treated with the periodontal basic therapy combined with the intensive hypoglycemic therapy. Af- ter 6-month treatment, the change of the probing depth of the periodontal pocket, sulcus bleeding index, incidence frequency, recovery course, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and serum C-reactive protein levels were measured before and after treatment. Results： After the treatment, the indices were improved in group A except body mass index and fasting blood glucose （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and in group B, the indices were improved except body mass index （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the probing depth of the periodontal pocket, sulcus bleeding index, incidence frequency, body mass index, serum C-reactive protein levels, glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose of the patients in group B were all better than those in group A （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Periodontal basic thera- py combined with intensive hypoglycemic therapy can effectively improve the periodontal health of diabetic patients, shorten the recov- ery treatment of periodontal disease, reduce the incidence frequency, and reduce blood glucose as well.
