摘要
通过运用学习过程问卷对高职学生的学习动机进行调查,结果表明,在高职学生的三种动机成分中,深层动机占主要地位,高职学生的学习动机呈现出深层动机、成就动机随着年级的上升而线性下降,浅层动机随着年级的上升而上升的规律。高职院校应加强高职学生的职业生涯教育和人文教育,引导高职学生明确人生目标,发挥高职学生学习的主体作用,提高高职学生的学习质量,进而提高高职院校的人才培养质量。
By surveying the learning motivation of students in higher vocational colleges with the use of the learning process questionnaires, the results show that the deep motivation dominates three motivations of students in higher vocational colleges, the learning motivation of students in higher vocational colleges presents the rule of the linear decline of deep and achievement motivations with the rise of grade and the ascension of shallow motivation with the rise of grade. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the career education and humanistic education of the students, guide them to establish a clear goal in life, give play to their subjective role and improve their learning effects so as to improve the effects of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges.
