摘要
目的探索"医研教"一体式人才培养模式对中医本科生临床思维与创新意识的影响。方法从西南医科大学中西医结合学院2013级中西医临床医学专业的学生中选取实验组(48人)对照组(48人),实验组在中医教学中采用新型培养,对照组采用传统的学院教学方案。结果 2组在学校安排课程上无明显差异。实验组在科研创新与中医临床思维培养的相关问题上明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论"医研教"一体式人才培养模式较单纯的学院培养效果更佳,能有效提高学生临床思维与创新意识。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound type of Chinese medicine training mode on clinical thinking and innovative consciousness of Chinese medical students. Methods Student of Grade 2013 of intrgrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in clinical medicine were divided into the experimental group(48 students) and the control group(48 students). The compound training was used in the experimental group, while the traditional cultivation mode was used in the control group. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the school to arrange teaching. The experimental group on issues related to re-search and innovation and TCM clinical thinking culture was better than the control group. Conclusion The training mode of compound traditional Chinese medicine talents is better than that of pure college, which can effectively improve students' clinical think-ing and innovation consciousness.
