摘要
改制是手段,发展是根本。为探索混合所有制改革助推企业转型创新的有效路径,在文献探究的基础上,以广东混合所有制改革典型试点企业为对象,通过半结构化深度访谈、数据编码与归类、多循环迭代比较,构建关键维度。研究结果表明:混合所有制改革主要通过优化企业技术创新决策机制、整合技术创新研发资源、激发技术创新主体能动性、加速技术扩散与再创新4条路径助推企业转型创新;为确保成效,需从让非公资本代表真正参与企业决策、保护多种形式产权、推动文化冲突走向文化融合,建立股权动态管理机制4大方面加以保障。
Reform is the method,while development is the fundamental purpose. In order to explore effective paths of reformed mixed ownership helping realize enterprises＇ transformation and innovation,this article carries out semi-structured depth interview to typical enterprises in Guangdong on the basis of literature research. Key dimensions are summarized via data coding and classification,as well as multiple loop iteration. The results show that enterprise innovation ability is mainly realized by mixed ownership via four paths, i. e., the optimization of technological innovation decision-making mechanism, the integration of technology innovation research and resources, stimulating the motility of technological innovation subject, and accelerating technology diffusion and re-innovation to promote. To ensure the mixed ownership playing an effective role in promoting enterprises＇ innovation ability,represents of non-public capital should be involved in business decisions,property rights of multi-form should be protected,cultural conflict need to be soothed and dynamic management mechanism should be established.
